Situ\u00e9e \u00e0 une altitude assez basse, la ville nous accueille avec un climat plus doux.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-US\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">Sucre est la capitale constitutionnelle de la Bolivie, alors que La Paz en est la capitale ex\u00e9cutive et administrative. C&rsquo;est le c\u0153ur symbolique de la nation, berceau de l&rsquo;ind\u00e9pendance du pays. Tous les ans, les b\u00e2timents sont repeints en blanc, ce qui entretient le surnom de Sucre\u00a0: la ville blanche.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-US\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">Dans son centre ville charmant et de style colonial, nous nous promenons entre les \u00e9glises, malheureusement souvent ferm\u00e9es et nous profitons du march\u00e9 pour nous cuisiner de bons plats de l\u00e9gumes, qui commen\u00e7aient \u00e0 nous manquer terriblement. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\">Nous visitons\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-US\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">La Casa de la Libertad, o\u00f9 l&rsquo;on nous retrace l&rsquo;histoire de l&rsquo;ind\u00e9pendance du pays, et la plaza 25 de Mayo (jour de l&rsquo;ind\u00e9pendance) qui offre un cadre agr\u00e9able pour fl\u00e2ner<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-US\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">Le couvent San Felipe Neri<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-US\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">Le cimeti\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9ral qui abrite la tombe de Gregorio Pacheco, ancien pr\u00e9sident de la Bolivie<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-US\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">Le parc Bolivar, o\u00f9 les jeunes et les moins jeunes peuvent faire du cheval, du kart, se divertir dans le parc aux dinosaures ou grimper dans une mini tour Eiffel<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-US\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">C&rsquo;est \u00e9galement \u00e0 Sucre que nous f\u00eatons l&rsquo;anniversaire de Virginie dans un restaurant fran\u00e7ais.
