L&rsquo;endroit est c\u00e9l\u00e8bre pour le myst\u00e8re qui entoure les figures gigantesques que les Nazcas ont dessin\u00e9es dans le d\u00e9sert.<\/p><p><!--more--><\/p><p>Pendant toute une journ\u00e9e et par nos propres moyens (contrairement \u00e0 ce que racontent les agences, la plupart des sites sont facilement accessibles \u00e0 pied ou en bus local), nous parcourons les vestiges de cette civilisation perdue :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les aqueducs, dont certains fonctionnent encore. Souterrains, des acc\u00e8s en spirale permettaient de les entretenir.<\/li>\n<li>Les points de vue sur les lignes, ou g\u00e9oglyphes.<\/li>\n<\/ul><p>Au plan\u00e9tarium Maria Reiche, du nom de la scientifique qui passa sa vie \u00e0 \u00e9tudier ce site, on en apprend un peu plus sur les lignes et leurs \u00e9ventuelles significations :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Certains motifs indiqueraient la position des sources d&rsquo;eau.<\/li>\n<li>D&rsquo;autres auraient \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s pour des rituels religieux li\u00e9s \u00e0 la pluie.<\/li>\n<li>D&rsquo;autres seraient des repr\u00e9sentations astronomiques.<\/li>\n<\/ul><p>Leur \u00e9tonnant \u00e9tat de conservation est d\u00fb \u00e0 l&rsquo;absence d\u2019\u00e9rosion par la pluie, et au vent qui balaye la poussi\u00e8re. Certaines lignes, gigantesques, repr\u00e9sentent des formes g\u00e9om\u00e9triques, d&rsquo;autres, plus petites, montrent des dessins stylis\u00e9s de plantes ou d&rsquo;animaux.<\/p><p>Nous avons \u00e9galement pu observer le ciel avec le t\u00e9lescope du plan\u00e9tarium. A cette \u00e9poque de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e, on peut voir Saturne, et apercevoir Venus et Jupiter.
